“Had issue withm my front door not closing properly. Rang Andrew who asked for my details and photos of the door, i sent them on to him and he was very quick in booking me in the following week. As my husband was home I text and told Andrew who came over then earlier than expected. Excellent job and always kept up to date frrom phone call to completeion, Thank you Andrew”

“Excellent and prompt service provided by Ron. Knew his stuff and able to sort out my problem efficiently. Good communications by whats app idicating his arrival time and on a Saturday,very pleased overall.”

“Alistair responded very quickly to my initial website enquiry. Was extremely helpful on the phone and came the next day to begin the repair. Brilliant service from start to finish and a lovely gentleman too, would definitely recommend!”

“John was kind enough to give us advice about our front door lock problem in the first instance. We followed that advice but the lock mechanism was completely gone. John came out two days later as it wasn’t an emergency for us, and fitted a new lock, complete with 5 keys. He also very kindly adjusted the front door as it was slightly out of align. We didn’t ask him to do this, he did it as a gesture on noticing the issue and at no extra charge. John was very courteous throughout. He quoted us beforehand and the invoice was the same as quoted. Great job all round. We would definitely contact John again if we need a locksmith. Many thanks.”
