“Gav from LockRite in Taunton was professional, easy to deal with and provided a quick turnaround. His price quoted and the work delivered was very good, although different to what originally quoted by the central network of LockRite, that was the only confusing bit, but Gav was great.”

“I rang 5 "24 Hour" locksmiths who either didn't answer or hung up on me before getting to lockrite. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who came but I know he was from Middlesbrough and drove 50 minutes at 1am to free me from a broken bathroom. Thank you so much”

“Excellent prompt service. Needed a lock 'unlocking' on a Sunday morning and they were there quickly and at no fuss. Highly skilled and sorted in just a few minutes when I thought all was lost! No damage to lock and very courteous and professional too. Good value too considering the complexity of the lock I have. Highly recommended!”

“Really superb service. John showed great customer communications right from the first contact. He worked around our time need. He arrived promptly, knowing we were tight for time , if anything came before we expected, which was welcome. The work was carried out rapidly and smoothly in a professional way, and it was a pleasure to meet him. The cost was very modest. Really great all round.”
