“Excellent customer service from Ian at LockRite: arrived on-time; polite and friendly approach; kept me informed throughout the process; identified and showed me problem with existing lock; provided options to rectify situation; fitted replacement British Standard (BS) lock and also cut additional keys; all work completed in a clean, tidy and timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and the professional services provided by Ian.”

“John came at short notice to repair our house front door lock mechanism that had failed, meaning we were unable to secure the front door closed. Knowing our predicament John could have (but didn’t) exploit our position and see a nice profit making opportunity (as many would and do) The job was done professionally and at a very fair price, in fact John offered to adjust a different door that we had been struggling with without extra charge. Good courteous honest service. Would definitely recommend. Thanks John”

“Excellent and friendly service. Arrived within 30 mins and took Covid protection seriously by wearing mask and requesting to use side door to garden to access conservatory lock, rather than walk through property. Quickly confirmed why possible to lock the sliding door but could not remove key. Carried a spare tumbler and changed within minutes. Have kept details in case have any future lock problems. Highly recommended.”

“Locksmith was told to attend store for 9 as we had to get staff in from outside the city centre to cover, this meant they had to alter their schedule massively to accommodate this. Locksmith turned up at half 12 and when asked why, the company just gave us a load of excuses. Obviously this doesn't reflect well on LockRite, but Lock and Glaze will not be receiving any further works from us.”

“There isn’t much in this world, more frustrating than locking yourself out of your home !! In Winter ! All you want is someone to help ASAP ! And that’s exactly what happened. Half an hour later, John arrived, job done 👍Brilliant ! Wasn’t as expensive as we thought it would be, especially on a Saturday afternoon.....made no mess / damage....everything was working fine after....Hugely relieved... Hoping we never need him again, but wouldn’t hesitate to call if we did.....”

“Had a problem with our kitchen door, it was locked shut and would not unlock your locksmith Tony Fordham came to the house to see what he could do, and he quickly got the door opened found the problem which he fixed with no problem, he also adjusted two more doors while he was here, thanks Tony was very polite, helpful and professional and this is the second time he has come to our rescue and we would definitely recommend him”
