“Although my small job wasn't urgent, the telephone response was dealt with in a pleasant and efficient way. A subsequent call from Kevin to arrange an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and proceeded to rectify the problem with the lock. He was polite and friendly and completed the job. The cost was acceptable having been given a quote beforehand. I would strongly recommend both Kevin and Lockrite.”

“I cannot recommend Ian enough! Our front door decided to break on us at 9pm at night, and not being able to secure it wasn't an option. The wife found Lockrite and within 15min we were greeted by Ian. Professional throughout and managed to order a new gearbox and placed a Temp lock for peace of mind. Less than 48hr later and the new gearbox is back. Fantastic service!!!”

“Alan called at 9.30, we discussed the job and he arrived at 12.30. He work efficiently and completed the work in good time. He also adjusted our front door lock which had been very stiff. He was very personable and left the site clean and tidy. Very pleased with his work - he has been to us before and we were equally happy then. Good job, well done.”

“Top quality locksmith. Was able to swap locks on front, back and conservatory doors, as well as fix the missaligned conservatory door. Very kind and even helped teach me a thing or two about locks and doors! Would recommend!”
