“Booked the service with Ian who kept in touch regarding arrival time. Problem with back door unlocking which he was able to fix and he did a thorough maintenance check of the door locking system. Very pleased with the service Ian gave to us.”

“I was delighted with the way the locksmith not only fitted my work in - a back door with a broken lock, so I was unale to make my house secure - at the end of the normal working day, but managed to insert a new lock and make the whole thing work again. He took a great deal of care and was a very tidy worker. he was pleasant and polite. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.”

“I received an excellent service. Arrived at time stated and was able to fix the jammed lock without an issue. When fixing a new lock, he noticed that door was not catching properly when closed due to being incorrectly installed. He then spent an additional 20 minutes fixing this for me, all within the call out fee. I'm very grateful. Thank you.”

“I called Steve on Bank Holidy friday who answered promptly in a friendly and professional maner. I reported my front door lock was broken and would not lock. Steve came out within the hour and replaced the front door lock. Steve's attitude was professional and friendly and would not hesitate in calling LockRite and Steve again for any future issues or recommending him to friends and family. Thanks for great service”

“A first class professional service. Our front door lock needed attention and would not lock, and being Good Friday we didn't really expect anyone to come out so promptly. Kevin arrived with an hour and managed to fix the lock without having to replace it. Many thanks for a great service.”

“Kevin was superb, soon had the office open and secure again and manged to make the door open and close the best it ever has! Excellent response time too. Also managed to sort out another door which was jammed and cut some keys for us too. Fantastic service and highly recommened. Very impressed!”
