“Left a message explaining the problem. Ian called back promptly and was on site within a couple of hours. Fixed the problem in a very short time. Really nice chap. Professional, efficient and very friendly. Obviously an expert in his field. Will use him again and highly recommend him. Great work!”

“Our front door lock decided to break around midnight last Thursday and despite some Stirling work with a drill and screwdriver we were unable to gain entry to our flat. We called the LockRite emergency number and a lovely kind and sympathetic man was with us within an hour. He set out his charges for a late night emergency call out and all things considered it was very reasonable. He quickly gained us entry and secured the door as best he could for the night, then he came back the next morning and made a really good job of fitting the correct lock and making good the area. I highly recommend LockRite for fast and reliable service at a reasonable price.”

“I felt a complete prawn locking myself out of my house, and called several numbers with no joy and hit the jackpot when Lockrite answered and told me Colin qould call me back with an ETA which he did and turned up when he said he would - he was very efficient and managed to get us in after some of this and that. He told us how some firms rip off thier customers with exorbitant extras but this was a very fair price with no shocks or surprises for a Saturday evening call out - absolutely first class l. Thank you.”

“From first contact to receiving my receipt, Alistair was pleasant, helpful and professional.
