“Phil came to see to some loose handles on my back door as I thought they were about to fall off. He was very honest, checked them and assured me that they were loose but not damaged. Being of a particular design,there was little he could do - he did not advise that I get new expensive handles which he could easily have done. Competent and honest work.”

“I locked myself out and phoned for help. The locksmith was on site within 15 minutes, and got me back into the house without any damage or new locks needed. The security checks were more than adequate and confirmed this is a responsible company. The man that came out was very quick, efficient and polite and explained everything regarding cost very clearly before coming out. No complaints at all - got me out of a very tricky situation.”
