“Extremally impressed wit Ian ! 100% relable, arrived on such a short notice. Ian went extra mile to do anything to open the door without making any damage to it. Replaced and fitted new lock. Very professional, will highly recommend.”

“Excellent service - I was kept updated regarding arrival time and when he did arrive he was so friendly and polite. Richard got me back into my house with no fuss and replaced the lock with a much stronger type. I’m very happy with the job he did and would definitely recommend LockRite to everyone.”

“Super efficient! I was amazed how quickly the Locksmith arrived, diagnosed the issue, gave a full explanation of what had gone wrong with the lock and replaced the necessary parts. He cut me new keys and gave a fantastic service. Excellent!”

“Freddie gave me his opinion on the issue, and possible costs, via what's app before his visit so there were no surprises. He was punctual and carried out the work swiftly and cheerfully. The issue wasn't the worst case scenario we had discussed so I was happy with the final bill, I would highly recommend him to anyone.”

“I had a fantastic experience with LockRite. Freddie was able to come out really quickly after I called, which was such a relief. When he arrived, he took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my lock, which I really appreciated. He then fixed it efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend LockRite, and especially Freddie!”
