“Terry from LockRite fixed the lock on our French doors and our bathroom window on Friday night. We only called him out for the French doors but mentioned the window lock when he was here. He stayed on until 7pm on a Friday night to complete both jobs. He worked quickly, quietly and professionally. You could tell he welcome the challenge of our rusty lock and got satisfaction from completely a job well. The price was very reasonable and I would throughly recommend LockRite. Thanks”

“Steve attended promptly to estimate and give his professional opinion as to job requirements.( replacement of lock mechanisms and securing outside gate). He came and completed the job at agreed time and date and tidied up at the end. Many thanks.Rob D.”

“Matt replaced all the locks in our new flat and did a great job. He kept in touch on whatsapp with his arrival time, managed to fit us in earlier on the day and worked really quickly. He managed to supply us with an extra lock which was not part of the original quote too, and left the work area clean and tidy. Prices were reasonable compared to other quotes we received, and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks Matt!”

Hi Stephen, we are sorry to hear that the cost of the service was more than you anticipated. You should have been advised of the hourly rates when you first called in. Then the Locksmith should have provided you with an estimate, or quotation, and waited for your approval before starting any work. You should also have been made fully aware that there was VAT to be added when the final bill was calculated. This is all designed to ensure our valued Customers don't have any nasty surprises when the final bill is presented.
