“I called and received a quick response, with a time booked for the following morning. Andrew fixed the problem, was thorough and was very good at explaining what the problem was and how he was dealing with it. Door handle is working again, so very happy. Thank you Andrew. Highly recommend.”

“Cliff was brilliant, diagnosed the problem with our front door lock quickly, gave us a variety of options to resolve the problem, and fixed the door quickly, replacing broken parts, for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.”

“Cliff came to my house to look at a door handle that wasn't opening or closing properly. He diagnosed the problem and was coming back with the part that needed replacing. He contacted me and then returned promptly to mend the door handle that needed fixing. During his visit, Cliff noticed that I was struggling with the front door locking system and offered to remedy it for me. This was such a great help and he realigned the lock so that it locked properly and with ease. Cliff also cut two spare keys for me during his visit. Cliff is very polite and friendly and extremely professional. He carried out the necessary repairs with minimum disruption and gave me reassurance that I could call him anytime, should I experience any further issues with any of the house locks. He is a credit to the company and I will definitely recommend him and call him in the future. He was so easy to talk to and did an excellent job for me - He certainly has 10 stars from me. Thank you so much Cliff for all your help, you were brilliant.”

“Extremely friendly and polite man. Quickly sorted my issue after I had locked my keys in my car. Very thourough after he had finished the job, by checking there was no damage done to my vheicle during the job. Would highly recommend.”

“Very good, quick attendance, replacement parts ordered, collected and fitted next day. Not a simple job to sort out , quite a complex multi locking system that needed an expert. We have used LockRite a few years ago for a different issue so were our first port of call again. David Ingliis was the Locksmith on both occasions very professional and explained the details very well and the costs involved.”
