Our main business is helping home owners and home buyers make contact with Building Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Architects, Domestic Energy Assessors, Electricians, Drainage Contractors and other people providing property related services. In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“I was only looking for a fire door surveyor not having a full house survey. I have now found a fire door specialist. Having said that, I have had plenty of surveyors for a complete house survey contact me. Unfortunately I have had to spend time explaining to them that there had been a misunderstanding about my requirements.”

“This website is not intended to let you find a local surveyor, it's only purpose is to let local surveyors find YOU. There is no way to get surveyor listings without supplying tons of personal data about yourself, which is then immediately handed over to all surveyors who (presumably) are paying for that access. You will get literally weeks if not months of spam in your email and tons of unsolicited phone calls. If your idea is to find a surveyor at your leisure, this isn't the website for you; you will be bombarded by calls and emails at their leisure, not yours.”

Hi - I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience after using our website. Please be reassured that your details are only passed on to a maximum of 8 suppliers in your local area, they are not added to a mailing list and they are not passed on to anyone else. We do have an option for you to not receive any calls, which is to enter 0000 into the telephone box. We also only ask for your email address and optional phone number, we do not request any additional details. If anyone does not want to provide their email address, they have the option to call our helpline and one of our Team will provide all the information you need directly over the phone. I hope that if you do want to use our website again, one of these options will be more suitable for you.

“I was happy to do the survey, but have no idea what I am supposed to do with the £10.00 put onto a wallet. A couple of questions covered the easibility of technology now used for every day use, only for me to get to the end and not have a clue how I am supposed to redeem the £10.00 :)”

Hi - I think you may have got us confused with someone else! We are a price comparison site for Property Services, we do not run surveys or issue payment on to wallets!

“I wish I hadn’t, within 30 seconds of hitting search, the phone calls started. About 30 on the first day, then daily call after call. continuous texts and emails until I had to ask each of the 10 companies to remove my details and stop harassing me. Never ever will I use this service again”

Hi - I am really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience after using our website. We do give the option not to enter your phone number so you do not get called by anybody. If you do decide to use our site again, simply put 0000 into the phone number box, and this will prevent any phone calls. We also only ever pass your details on to a maximum of 8 suppliers in your local area, to minimise any phone calls that are made. “I got hounded with lots of calls and emails, I expected to receive one quote being the best the company has found. However I received too many and there was no way to unsubscribe or stop the incoming calls.”

“AVOID !!! I did one quote and they gave my phone numer to every possible company!! My phone won't stop ringing for 2 days now, from morning till evening! Absolutely joke.”

“I enquired with a few advertisers. The experience was one I don't wish to repeat. Following my honest enquiry, I was deluged by about 20 or 30 adverts varying from bus timetables to dress wear. Not the way to conduct business. Don't want to do any business with firms that sell my details. ³”

Hi - When you run an estimate on our website, we only pass your details on to the Property Professionals who are able to provide the service you require in your area. This will be no more than 8 professionals. We do not pass your information on to anyone else, and we only deal with Property Professionals, we have absolutely no contacts with bus timetables or dress wear. However these companies received your data, it was not from us. “Mr P J Morris From Irlam Grt manchester quoted me £150 supply &fit 36 amp socket for duel fuel cooker start date 10 Nov 22 did not turn up , I phoned him 9.30am he said he was on his way to Southport & driving i said will he ring me back that night. not heard from him since. 16 Nov 22 now so not very good.”

“Disgrace having companies on here with false reviews! I used a company off here which was GME- Greater Manchester Electrical who are without a doubt the worse service I’ve ever used, conmen comes to mind… quick to reply to get your business then never hear from them after chasing them several times for official results, personally I don’t think they attended my property to carry out works…”

“Really poor service. I asked Viking surveyors for the qualifications of their surveyor and a copy of their insurance, but neither was ever provided. I can only assume that their surveyor is not qualified and that they do not have insurance.”

“It read that I would get local quotes for price comparisons. Maybe you don't mean that but it's how it read to me. Instead, I got approaches from all over the country, most of them saying if you get in touch we can do a survey and quote. NOT what I wanted. I can search for an architect in Newark myself if I want to. But I don't!”
