“I was only looking for quotes. I want the power and ability to contact who I chose to and I did not want my email or mobile numbers passed on to surveyors who are now constantly pestering me with emails and phone calls and text messages. It became so annoying that I would not want to chose any of the surveyors from this site.”

“I wanted something very specific - a damp survey. Instead I got a series of approaches related to overall surveys and even conveyancing requests. I tried to stop during the process realising that what I would get is not what I had input, but to no avail. So I have a swamped in box and lots of incoming calls”

“I received 5 quotes - all quick responses. However, the idea was to find a competitive price but all of the quotes received were way more expensive than one I had sourced myself previously. It might be good for some services, but for beam calculations it certainly wasn't.”

“Good to be provided with local plumbing firms. However, would have preferred to have researched these at my leisure. Instead, I had one of the firms phoning me within minutes of receiving the results touting his business. Another emailed me shortly after. This was annoying and has put me off using your service in the future.”
