“Got in touch with Local Surveyors Direct and was given a list of capable professionals in the area. Went for the one with the best reviews, Martin Lidgey of Lidgeys Property Maintenance, and got an immediate response to my query. Needed an EICR for a property sale, and Martin was on site the next morning as I had requested a "soon as possible" response. All costings were provided up front, he was bang on time of projected arrival on site, and as soon as I had shown him around he got stuck straight in. It soon became clear why Martin had the best reviews. He is 100% professional, incredibly thorough and extremely capable and proficient at his job. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs a professional property maintenance operator, and I have already lined Martin up for further jobs in the coming months, as I couldn't rate him more highly.”

“A list of suppliers and prices for the job (Landlords’ Electrical Safety report) appeared immediately I filled in the online request.
