“I found someone for the job but I have had non-stop calls and emails from people trying to sell me surveys and none of their prices are the same as what the site said”

“It needs to be clearer to surveyors what type of surveyis needed as i was bombarded with full survey quotes when all i wanted was a surveyors valuation (as i indicated on the form). Only one surveyor picked up on what i actually wanted”

“Thank you so much for your help. We needed to arrange an arboricultural report at very short notice at the request of our mortgage lender. You recommended a list of arboriculturists and through your information, we contacted and instructed Oliver Tong at www.greenwoodarboriculture.co.uk He offered us the best price and an excellent service. Communication was prompt and the written report was detailed, thorough and meticulous. The information contained will be extremely useful to us in the future when living at the property and managing the garden. We could not have asked for more and would not hesitate to recommend. Delighted with the service received.”

“I am dissapointed that after not ticking the opt in on your website, i received 4 emails within an hour with quotes where you had sent my details on. As a marketing professional, I understand the new GDPR regulations and I am shocked that this has happened. I would never use your service again or recommend you to anybody for this reason.”

“Sadly the companies recommended weren't local and offered their services at what I considered too expensive for what I needed. I also received unsolicited calls that were unwelcome. It did ,however, help me realise that the company down the road were asking a more realistic price.”
