“Website easy to use. Entered details of my request for local Architects. Two responses one from London and one local. Was expecting a better response however met up with the local one and after a consultation im likely to go ahead with the service. I’m happy I used the site. Just wish more had responded.”

“I was impressed with the speed of the quotes but then got very annoyed that I received phone calls from every single company who quoted, so in future I wont be giving a phone number. All I wanted was some quotes not to be hassled on the phone. Other than that, the service was pretty good.”

“The web site was easy to use and provided a manageable number of prospective suppliers. The information about each supplier was sufficient as background. It would have helped if the search screen was clear that the search enquiry itself would prompt responses from the supplier list. It is too early to say at the time of writing whether the blurb against each supplier is matched by actual performance and quality”

“Generally clear and easy to use. The surveyor I contacted seemed concerned about the price quoted (he said that they were sometimes shown as cheaper than in reality). However the price was accurate in this instance.”

“We are a local council. We were looking for someone reasonably local to our postcode to do a couple of EPCs for commercial letting purposes. The response from you was very quick and gave five names: three of them followed up the same day, so that's two plus points. However, I would say that two of them were really based too far away to be practical - Ipswich to East Sussex? And I was really only going to pick up on those that gave a initial ball-park figure for the work, not just an expression of interest. As it I have gone with the one who came back first time round with a clear scale of charges and an actual interest in what we needed.”
