“Two local firms contacted me very quickly and explained what type of service they were able to provide. I did not, however,need to use the service as the Local Authority decided plans were not necessary and that photographs would be sufficient.”

“Very efficient at getting quotes. However our details were passed directly to the companies resulting in lots of unwanted calls. I would not give out my contact details automatically. This feature is a failing in the system and would stop me using the service again.”
