“I have selected a surveyor and rated this as good. However one surveyor auto-quoted 270 online but when he called it was 500+vat!!!! (andrew nickless - the residential consultancy) A huge difference. so that was a black mark for the website.”

“The website was quick and easy to use, providing a list of 8 names. I contacted the three that were most local to me. One charged for initial visit so I declined, The next one did not seem at all interested and the conversation was very awkward, so I declined. Third attempt found local surveyor who was very interested, friendly and informative. I have arranged for an initial, free consultation with him next week. It appears that this person may be able to help me in several elements and stages of my project.”

“I sent an email on a Sunday requesting information and a quote for a specific survey. That same evening a reply came back from CharterHouse surveyors. They visited my property, carried out survey and i had a report all with in a week, excellent company, excellent service.”
