“We were looking for an architect to consider working on an extension to our village hall. We made an initial search for a local one using the RIBA website and even an extended search to 100 miles from our location did not come up with a single result. We search on Localsurveyorsdirect and had 7 possible architects identified with 5 making immediate contact within hours. We have used this site before with similar success and the company chosen provided first class service”

“Easy service got a list of people come up and then I got two people respond back to me. Was just an enquiry on a price not arranged anything yet as not needed until early next year when we plan to put the flat on the market”

“Received several quotes back quickly then follow up emails from all but one of the companies, giving more information regarding their services. Easy to use”

“Thank you. The replies were all very quick but unfortunately most were from conveyancers and I was only interested in Surveyors. Having said that I was able to appoint one very quickly so thank you for a very efficient service.”

“Rubbish. I have been on the site, which was not easy to navigate, and approached one of the names on it. I still haven't had a response from the architect, after leaving a voicemail. I really don't know what it's for!”

“Using Local Surveyors Direct was so easy and helpful; within a couple of days, we had four surveyors with quotations. We selected one quote and responded back and already have a date in their diary to produce a Homebuyers Report being carried out within our required timescales. Would recommend this site to anyone looking for local surveyors.”

“The instant information received via email has hopefully helped me to make the right decision regarding an EICR - the questions below are therefore irrelevant as no delivery requested.”
