“spoke to Mike at Leo horsfield surveying. what an obnoxious piece of work. He acted like he was doing me a favour! learn about customer service first”

“I filled in my details on Wednesday evening requesting quotes, which were instantly sent to me via email. The following morning before 10.30 each company who had supplied an online quote followed up with a phone call clarifying their quotes and offering discount. I have now booked a building survey for next week.”

“A rather unnerving experience...as soon as I had put my telephone number onto my query, I started receiving marketing calls from the Surveyors......I was only interested in the price, but one of two were quite aggressive. The site did not make it clear that I would e instantly contacted by these people.”

“Having reviewed the Basildon Council Web site regarding planning permission I came across a section on suggested local surveyors. Within 20 minutes of exiting the site, I received my first telephone call and a number of emails from local surveyors. Since then I have set up a number of reviews with the recommended surveyors and hope to conclude with a satisfactory planning request package to start our planned home extension.”
