“Lowest price for EICR had not accounted for “5+ bedrooms”. Computer generated estimate was evidently for “1-3 bedrooms”. Website says all estimates include vat. Suppliers do not concur.”

“I had searched to find providers of Part P electrical certiface and got responses for my local area within in minutes and phone calls directly after that. There was some misunderstanding on what the companies thought i wanted so this wasn't helpful.”
