In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“not great (considering i specified LEICESTER-based conveyancing solicitors) only one of the four firms was in the city, the rest were nationals "serving" Leicester - a dead loss. It would be nice to be listened to!”

Hi Guy, We are sorry you don't feel listened to - rest assured we do listen! We try to give our Customers a wide choice of Suppliers for all of our Services - so we do sometimes list National Providers, as well as Local Providers - particularly in areas where we do not have many Local Providers listed. We have taken your comments on board and we will do our best to find more Local Providers in this area. Sorry we were not able to offer what you were looking for on this occasion - we hope you will try us again sometime!

“I was sent four names and one of these, James Burton, contacted me. I was happy with his quote and he subsequently completed the planning and building regulations applications for our small internal kitchen conversion, quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant to deal with. I would be happy to recommend him and your site. It was useful that your site enabled me to specify that this was a small project which probably helped to make a good match for me.”

“Whilst you can get a quick estimate of price, this is closely followed by the usual (generally) unwanted sales calls. Very irritating. I recommend putting a nonsense phone number in unless you want to be pestered.”
