“2 firms responded at first. One was extremely expensive, the other quoted a price and then followed up with an email to say they didn't do the type of survey we required. A waste of my time really.”

“Definitely a very useful site to visit. The response wasn't great and the price range bigger than expected for an EICR Certificate. However, I was able to find a suitable company quite quickly so a good outcome.”

“Very helpful. Easy to complete and quick to get results. Just frustrating if companies are listed who then say they are too busy to do work - feels like a wasted effort.”

“I came upon this website late one evening and almost immediately was given details of 5 arborists. By the following morning 3 of the 5 had contacted me and I was able to initiate a contract with the one that best fitted my needs. Very pleased with the speed at which this all worked. Local Surveyors Direct provides an excellent and efficient window into the world of arbirocultural consultants”

“I was directed to a firm who have advice on environmental services including tree felling. The director of the company was very quick to respond and was very professional gave good advice and there was no pressure even though I had a misunderstanding about the process.”

“The website is easy to use and gives valuable information. Unfortunately, the rather over zealous communications from practically all the companies in the search results, plus some who were not even mentioned as far as I could see, has been an irritation since. Please limit your follow up responses just to companies that I have clicked on for further information.”

“You provided a list of surveyors in the local area, of whom I contacted one of them and they responded immediately and I was able to book with them. They were very proffessional and carried out the EPC for us at a very compatative price. Thanks.”

“Lots of responses but invariably for a level 3, not a level 1 or 2, survey as requested”
