“I was only looking for a fire door surveyor not having a full house survey. I have now found a fire door specialist. Having said that, I have had plenty of surveyors for a complete house survey contact me. Unfortunately I have had to spend time explaining to them that there had been a misunderstanding about my requirements.”

“Received 6 or 7 relevant contacts. Chose one who did an excellent job. My only criticism would be that a number of contacts were a little too enthusiastic and chose to follow up with unsolicited calls.”

“The website was easy to navigate but unfortunately I had to wait 3 weeks for a survey with FP Surveyors then the surveyor let me down on the day they were due to visit the property and their next available appointment was a further 3 weeks away so I cancelled and went elsewhere. Their advert/website etc led me to believe they would be out within 3 days of booking which wasn't the case. I didn't hear from them after payment was made until I chased them.”
