In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“This site gives extremely quick and up to date quotes which I'm very grateful for. You are also given a helpful email summary to allow you to follow up. However, ever since I requested a quote, I've been hounded by 5+ surveyors directly. One of them has rung me 3 times in just 2 days, despite my response that I'd received their quote and would get back to them when we had made any decisions. It's been very disruptive and I hope local surveyors direct can pass this feedback on.”

“I liked the quoting system as it was so very quick. I called Kirkham Pryor yesterday morning to instruct them based on the quote e-mailed. However reception told me that the quotes weren't very accurate and they would get someone to call me back. I still haven't heard and have now instructed someone else.”

“I used the website as I felt as I was moving about 150 miles it would be easier to have a local surveyor to carry out the survey. I have received feedback from 3 already so am hopeful of finding one to suit my situation”

“This site provided list of surveyors but do not reply to your comments. Your comments will have to come from a surveyor who has previously registered with this site. This surveyor then, would have seen your comments and choose to contact you. You will receive a few replies via email offering initial free consultations. However, the list of surveyors are limited within the area acquired. In my case, majorities are Bristol city based which reflected in the hourly rate. To be fair, business in city cost more to run. On a positive note, every surveyor that had been in touch with us have been very friendly and helpful with their advice. If anyone outhere need a surveyor, do read your deeds in term of right of access and be clear if you need it for building, party wall act or neighbouring land access. It does help when you are looking for a surveyor as you would have understood the details. I would recommend this site for surveyors. I would recommend the site to consider adding surveyors from rural site as well.”
