“We received the report within several days of making our initial request and therefore suffered no delay in making an offer on the property. The overall opinion of the property expressed in the report was very positive. Our experience having lived here for about 6 weeks is that we have purchased an excellent house. So we are very happy with everything. PS we received the report via E-mail not post”

“The survey was carried out quickly and the report released very quickly. Unfortunately the wrong version (ie. not the final version) was sent out so there were some errors in the report. However all was sorted, the correct version was sent. The survey was detailed, and I spoke to Malcolm about it. It was all useful because I decided not to go ahead with the purchase.”

“Delivered in detail what was required and pleased with their findings. There is one issue that could cause a problem but the surveyors would not be aware of this unless they were told ie. the positioning of a water pipe under the garden”
