“Very pleased with thoroughness of Report. Unfortunately, had to chase twice to receive report after a week of waiting and not hearing anything from the surveyor. But overall, on balance, would use again.”

“The original report contained obvious errors. It stated that the property had no gas supply and that the central heating system was electric. It described the property as 2 bedroom with a lounge diner and no other living or dining room. It is a three bedroom flat with the third bedroom used as a dining room by the owners. It has gas central heating and a dual fuel cooker with gas hob. We have little confidence in the report and wonder if the surveyor went inside the flat. He did apologise for the errors and send us a revised report.”

“I found communication from the company poor. Appointment for survey was changed with vendor as surveyor had to collect someone from airport. He was apparently at the house for approximately 30 mins which I understand is not considered sufficient time. Did not get report for 10 days as his child had apparently been in hospital. I feel this survey was a waste of money and not completed thoroughly. Very disappointing!”

“I was not prepared for the 50 odd phone calls emails and texts I was barraged with - it was just too much in the space of a few hours. I am still receiving quotes months later - I wouldn't use this service again”

“I had 4 replies, 2 with more detailed information than the others. The only problem I had was with getting their form signed, as my printer wasn’t working. The surveyor I went with gave me great detail in what was involved in this as I had no experience. He sent me the form to sign and gave me a verbal feedback on his report, before sending me the full report via email. He was local and independent and the service he provided was excellent.”
