“the caller said he would ring back at 1. he didn't ring until 3.15. he got the details wrong several times including the property name and post code. his excuse was that Monday is a very busy day but it was in fact Tuesday. I was unhappy with the service and accuracy.”

“The webiste was quick and easy to follow. I received responses from the four surveyors by the end of the day. All were courteous and helpful and the one chosen is booked for tomorrow. All in all a painless transaction. Far easier it has to be said than trawling through other sites individually.”

“We received the report within several days of making our initial request and therefore suffered no delay in making an offer on the property. The overall opinion of the property expressed in the report was very positive. Our experience having lived here for about 6 weeks is that we have purchased an excellent house. So we are very happy with everything. PS we received the report via E-mail not post”

“The survey was carried out quickly and the report released very quickly. Unfortunately the wrong version (ie. not the final version) was sent out so there were some errors in the report. However all was sorted, the correct version was sent. The survey was detailed, and I spoke to Malcolm about it. It was all useful because I decided not to go ahead with the purchase.”
