“helpful site BUT so difficult to select a Building Surveyor - competitive prices, identical qualifications so eventually put a pin in the list - company arranged to send a surveyor to the property next day - excellent - he telephoned later that afternoon - very helpful - afterwards submitted a good well written report - in our conversation, became apparent he was a local guy from up in the Midlands -no problem except that the telephone call was somewhat longer than expected - discovered he was a fellow pupil of the school i attended over fifty years ago!!!”

“Got listings for 5 surveyors who contacted me within 24hrs. Had quotes and appointed someone within 48hrs. It could not have been easier. Minus a star because of some initial issues with the website which gave several error messages before it finally worked.”

“Bit disappointed, as I was contacted by only two of the five surveyors, and one of those was miles away up Country, and I thought that this search site was for local surveyors. However, the local company that did contact me I was happy with, and I have gone with them.”

“Decided to use Your Survey as it was the cheapest. Read some reviews and they seemed mixed, but up to that point i’d had no problem with them and they’d been really efficient and quick. Everyone I was in contact with responded quickly, they contacted and arranged the survey promptly. A week after I did have to chase them but the PDF was available and they sent it straight over. The report was detailed and I was very happy with the service that we paid for!”

“The three surveyors that were provided were not in my local area making me question their knowledge of house prices in the area. They contacted me by telephone and email. I didn't instruct any of them due to the vendor of the house I was going to buy pulling out of the sale.”
