“We didn't even get as far as having the property review. The surveyor turned out not to be available for 4 weeks, about which we were only notified once we had paid the fee upfront. Really not impressed at all!”

“We needed to have a survey carried carried out, at short notice, on a Grade 2 listed building and our usual surveyors were unavailable, so we took a leap of faith and went on the internet to seek a replacement. We are so glad we did! Alex Mason at Camsure conducted a most thorough examination of the property with an equally detailed report following just 24hrs later. The cost was considerably less than we had expected and we honestly feel that we couldn't have had better service or value for money and would use Camsure again, without question. Highly recommended.”

“Within 20 seconds of pressing the send button two tele calls offering their services. The lowest quotation was £100 below the nearest quotation so went with them after a discussion on the phone about the home buyers survey, which we all know is 80% useless and 20% useful. Very good web site and search engine. Thanks”

This most recent time came up with the same surveyor that we used the first time as being the cheapest, which was Edward Sheperd Associates and as we were impressed with the previous report we had received from them we opted for them again and were not disappointed.”

“I booked for home buyers survey to carry out and valuation of the property, the report was in really detailed information with lots of pictures of the property. really worth discovering some of the stufff which we normally miss or ignore and report revveals it all. Ed was really helpful in advising some of the points and what needs to be done and also where can that be found too. So, pleased with the report and service from Black Cat Building Surveys Ltd.”
