“Local Building Surveyors were true to their word - we researched, gathered information and make a selection of a surveyor who unfortunately won't be able to carry out the survey until the end of the month :-( - which was later than planned, but all parties are understanding!!”

“I used Richard Kilkelly who was able to do a survey within a couple of days, which was very helpful as I needed a Homebuyers Survey done quickly. When he had completed the survey he phoned me to give me an outline of the outcome. Richard sent me a pdf by email within a couple of days and will send me a hard copy by post. Richard was very professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions. I am very happy with the service I received.”

“It was ok but the recommended firm did not offer a home buyers survey - which their website said they did - so it proved a waste of time and effort. I just picked a firm I knew anyway”

“You put me in touch with a fantastic guy - Chris Humphreys who could not have been more helpful. He organised a survey very quickly - on a Sunday - and verbally fed back to me that day to allow a swift decision to be made. (along with some practical advice). All at a very reasonable cost. Thanks Chris, can not recommend you enough.”

“My wife and I, we're thinking of purchasing a bungalow in an ideal location for us. Sadly it had issues which worried us, so we decided to see how easy, and how much it would be likely to cost us.
