“My enquiry was answered first thing Monday morning by the surveyor himself in a very warm way. He simply explained who he was, what he could do for me, how much this would cost and when he could do this. I felt complete trust immediately which is unusual as I like to shop around before making a decision. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.”

“Very slow and unresponsive customer service. I had to chase delivery of the survey report (which was overdue) on two occasions and received a very dismissive response from Management when I complained about the poor service.”

“The service was professional and prompt. I would use and recommend the services of Hugh James which we used for our property survey. As a general comment, if I may suggest, that the use of diagrams or sketches would enhance reference / location of observations that are not easily identified.”

“Efficient, great advice on what survey to have, then walked around with them with explanations on any faults. Very helpful to those who don't understand the reports/ language used. Worth every penny, without I would of ended up with a house with a sea of red! whew escaped that one.”
