“I was able to do everything on line. The surveyor Andrew J Hyde contacted me by Email within 24 hours of my enquiry. The surveyor's report appears to be thorough and detailed, I will be checking out the items raised with a builder within the week. I would be perfectly happy to engage a local surveyor via the RICS web portal again.”

“Lack of options provided - I was expecting a whole range of companies bidding for my work but only received three quotes which were very similar in price and offering. Also found that the same companies offered me better prices via other sites.”

“I cant comment as i haven't received the report yet, still waiting for the conditions to be sent by post to sign before I can receive it. I probably would have picked a more local surveyer ,where I could have gone a signed the conditions. If I had known I had to do this.”

“The process was straightforward and easy, with the advantage of being one of the lower priced options. I would ask for a little more communication with the surveyor about when the report will be sent and the times available for the opportunity to talk to her/him about the report.”
