“Provided details of a local surveyor who was very efficient, friendly and professional when I called them. They promptly provided cosy details and liaised directly with estate agent and seller to arrange a convenient time to conduct survey.”

“Local Building Surveyors put us in touch with Chris Humphreys who was friendly, knowledgeable and able to arrange our survey at short notice. The survey is taking place today so I can't yet comment on his service post-survey but so far, so very happy.”

“I didn't realise they would send all my information to every surveyor on their list, including my phone number and email. I've been contacted by so many people by text and Email! I did get a survey booked, and the information was useful.”

“Quick and easy to use website. Had information about local surveyors and gave us good options with high quality”

“Found a surveyor qualified to carry out an intrusive survey. Much easier then telephoning around or searching the web.”

“Local Building Surveyors (LBS) provided estimates from two surveying firms for a HomeBuyer Report with Valuation. Both firms were contacted and informed of the referral from LBS, but the prices quoted were significantly higher than the estimates provided by LBS. In one case, the difference was nearly £300, a mark-up of 70% on the original estimate. LBS has therefore completely failed to make the process easier, and I have since found an alternative surveying firm through another comparison site at a much more reasonable and accurately-quoted price.”

“Beware of the online quotes. The actual quotes given by the surveyors contacted were 2-3 times those given initially online. Otherwise gave me details of several good possibilities.”

“Fast and professional service for reasonable prise. I do recommend and will use in the future.”

“Provided quotes quickly and had many reasonable options, much cheaper than I'd been quoted over the phone by a couple of other local surveyors. Ended up with a surveyor who were excellent and offered a good timescale despite the busy time in the industry and then a few days later offered me a cancellation survey appointment, result!”
