“GNP Structural Surveys were very flexible and accomodating after I contacted them for a last-minute survey due to another surveyor letting me down. As a first-time buyer, the survey process is very daunting as you think you have found a home, and you dreadingly await the results of your survey. Andrew (the surveyor) offered an extremely professional service. Not only did he turn the report around quickly, it was clear and comprehensive, and he also took the time to take me through it to ensure I was clear on everything he had shared. The process of purchasing a house can be overwhelmingly stressful! By far, Andrew took the stress out of this process, and GNP Structural Surveys most definitely have a client for life. Thanks again and Thank you Local Building Surveyors.”

“Local Building Surveyors came back with just one quote, which was disappointing. That quote was extremely high- some 50 per cent higher than the company who undertook the work. Whilst this is in no way Local Building Surveyors responsibility, it did sour the experience.”

“Tony was knowledgeable , easy to contact and sorted access into the property with no fuss to conduct a buyers survey. “Response to my initial enquiry was very prompt. After a couple of emails asking for details of what I wanted and a card receipt for the payment, I have heard nothing. Not a dicky bird. So, initial communication good, thereafter very poor. Don’t know who my surveyor is. Has the survey been done? Where is the report?”
