“Local Building Surveyors responded to my request for a Chartered Surveyor very rapidly with the details of 4 or 5 Surveyors. I selected Blackstone Surveyors I was very impressed by the Principal Surveyor of Blackstone Surveyors He responded promptly and visited and inspected the flat the following day His valuation report was detailed and relevant and was received within three days I can strongly recommend Blackstone Surveyors Dr Harald Lipman”

“I needed a building surveyor pretty rapidly for a valuation on a house to promptly deal with helping a probate situation which had been a continual problem for over a month. I was ab;e to arrange the valuation to take place within approximately 12 hours, the written report was completed within a further 2 days. Communication with the surveyor was regular and totally on point. Great service!!”

“Quotes arrived almost instantaneously! I also received a call from a surveyor within minutes and was able to book an appointment for a survey within 2 weeks. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone who needs a surveyor in a different location to where they are normally based. Something I found to be really helpful were the prices, clearly stated on the information that I received. Some of which were around half of those I'd been quoted by other parties for the same type of survey. I will definitely use the service again if I purchase another property that isn't in my locale.”

“I found the cheapest quote on this website for a full level 3 building survey, cheaper than the other sites I used. It was with a fairly local firm. I was delighted with the detail and quality of the report!! You must have a building survey - it highlighted dangerous materials such as asbestos and damp areas of the house, which looked fine on the surface.”
