“An excellent service. I found an alternative surveyor to the one that was recommended by the estate agent. The one you identified for me, not only could do the surveyor when I needed it but was also at a lower cost. Thank You.”

“This site was very easy to use and three surveyors were suggested, two of whom replied almost immediately offering their services. Unfortunately our purchase fell through when we were gazumped so we are not in a position to appoint a surveyor until we find another suitable property to but. This is obviously not a fault of Local Building Surveyors who very good and are to be recommended.”

“Three contacts, out of five identified and messsged. One quoted a ridiculous £1500 for a basic survey, one stated they don’t conduct commercial work; third requested adfitionsl information and has failed to make further contact.”

“2 people contacted me. One barely wrote a single word in his response and I didn't pursue it. The other one exchanged a couple of brief emails and agreed to meet on site - but didn't turn up at the scheduled time (or later) even though I waited there for 40 minutes.”
