“I was after a personal residential property survey. Most of the surveyors offered dealt with commercial property only. I could not find a way of getting a list of residential property surveyors and eventually found one that was refered from a commercial surveyor. You need a new window or linK for this purpose.”

“I had no idea where to start looking for a local RICS approved valuation, only seamed the big company names were available whilst searching the web until this site came up. Great success as a local company Greenstone chartered surveyors made contact very quickly. I dealt with Cliff Heart who was helpful in arranging the valuation of my property, followed up promply with an email of the report and hard copy later in the post. Very helpful and proffessional surveyor.”

“It was an easy way to find a Chartered Surveyor but I then received several phone callsand there were a lot of emails from surveyors. It would be preferable for me to ring surveyors if I wanted to.”

“I received a very prompt email listing one surveyor covering my area and stating the cost. Unfortunately when I contacted them to arrange a visit they weren't going to be in the area at all in the near future to carry out the level 2 survey I wanted. They would, however, have carried out a level 3. I'm assuming it wasn't going to be worth their while.”

“I tried to make contact on several occasions with both surveyors neither returned emails or phone messages. This was over 4 weeks ended up finding my own. I don’t understand why they put themselves forward if they do not want the business.”

“Through this website, we were directed toward a sham surveyor, a Mr Edmund Drewless of Kent Property Partnership. He took our money and produced a worthless homebuyer's report which failed to perform any adequate due diligence on the property. We instructed another surveyor to carry out a the same report which was 10 pages longer and listed 9 urgent issues that needed attention prior to exchange of contract, including damp. Mr Drewless, if indeed this is even him, should be removed from your website and lose his RICS status. Please also google Mr Drewless and his sham firm to see other reviews like this which we should have picked up before our transaction (however we placed too much trust in your website and his RICS accreditation).”
