“Very quick response, however I thought it was about local building surveyors, so I chose 3 from the list that mentioned where they were and only one of them turned out to be for my area.”

“Local Building Surveyors came back with just one quote, which was disappointing. That quote was extremely high- some 50 per cent higher than the company who undertook the work. Whilst this is in no way Local Building Surveyors responsibility, it did sour the experience.”

“Easy to pin down a surveyor, great when I needed to put a hold on the survey (vendor changed their mind). Good at redirecting the engagement to a different property, however, It has been over 7 working days and there is still no report. Hence the 3 stars”

“There were many to choose from but the time they need to survey a home is only after a long delay. Surveyors are in high demand and they are running at least three weeks behind. When buying a property, having to sit on your hands for three weeks is inconvenient and slows home purchase, already too long to gain completion.”
