“Easy to use site, produced a list of local surveyors who contacted me swiftly. I was able to appoint one quickly, discuss my requirements, and had a good report produced on my property, exactly as requested, and with the confidence of knowing it was a RICS surveyor. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it took longer than expected to produce the final report, and I had to chase to find out what was happening.”

“Arranging a survey with this business was very efficient, and our house was surveyed within a week or so. The report was also returned to us promptly, and each section was well explained for someone who doesn't have expertise in the area so we could interpret it. Thank you”

“Site was easy to use and I got a response very quickly. I haven't instructed anyone yet. The company that got in touch sound generic and don't have much of internet prescence so not sure how much I can rely on them”

“The site was okay, but quotes given had to be confirmed by the surveyors and some didn't do the survey I requested and had a quote for. I instructed Paul Airey from Sunderland. Communication was poor and the survey was sent much later than he agreed. I thought the report was very generic and lacked detail specific to the property. I complained and received a refund.”

“Poor online search service. I specifically requested a level 1 survey which was given as an option through you; however everybody came back to me saying they only offered a minimum of level 2, despite your website stating they offered level 1.”

“I was able to identify several surveyors local to the property I intend to buy, and choose one who offered a good price, had acceptable reviews, and had quick availability. So the site delivered all I wanted. The rest of this survey seems to relate to delivery services rather than surveyors, so I can't complete it.”

“Absolutely amazing work and in depth survey with good rating of urgency. Used these guys early on in the buying process to ensure we didn't slow anything down if anything was to cost us a arm and a leg to fix. Thank you for your hard work for the few hours you were there.”

“Site easy to navigate. Good choice of surveyors, did actually use a surveyor listed on site, Cosey homes.Report received was comprehensive and useful. Unhappy with Cosey homes as they were chosen on pricing but ramped up their price on the day of the survey.”

“Website was easy to use. However I did not engage a surveyor. I needed a valuation for probate only and all the quotes were too high. I called in a couple of estate agents who supplied free valuations and they were accepted by the Inland Revenue.”
