“Really impressed with this. Got a few quotes and contacted one, quick reply, quick survey and a quick turnaround and got the level 2 RICS report in a matter of days at a very good price. Surveyor happy to discuss any issues on report in plain English. Recommend .”

“A long report recommending that we commission multiple surveys. This would probably cost over £1,000 and lead to very long delays in the purchase. The whole report was a masterpiece in taking no clear responsibility for its statements. We felt worse after the survey. So a waste of £650.”

“After spending considerable time trying to find a surveyor to carry out an insurance rebuild valuation, without suucess, I was hopeful your recommendation would provide a good lead. However I did not even receive an acknowledgement, let alone contact. In the end I ended up with help from a surveyor at the other end of the country, Peignton.”

“I found the website really easy to use and was provided with a number of quotes. I was called very quickly by one organization who matched the lowest quote and instructed them. I spoke to them by email and phone but this site doesn't allow me to choose two options”

“The web site was simple to use and produced a list of potential surveyors, however the majority of sites appeared to be companies brokering the services of other surveyors. I eventually found a self employed surveyor who did a good job.”

“Great website, really helpful, easy and straightforward to use. We recieved several responses with quotes within minutes. We instructed one of the respondents, our survey was undertaken within four days, and are currently waiting for the report. The vendor of the house we had surveyed was really impressed, mentioning the surveyor had arrived at the exact time agreed with the estate agent. The surveyor was professional and very thorough and undertook a detailed inspection of the property, taking lots of photos.”
