“Very Poor Our enquiry for surveyors in Heham, Northumberland was sent to those in Kingston-upon-Thames. We had a bespoke reqquirement, not for a standard service. We ust wanted to identify local Surveyors to discuss our reqquirement. Also the website was inflexible and did not allow one to proceed without answering specific questions. Quite simply - one of the worse! Below is a good example of the infleibility. We communicated with companies by both email and telepjone ie., AND not OR Colin”

Dear Colin, thank you for your review. Our site offers you the opportunity to search for local surveyors for a range of bespoke general practice and commercial services as well as the standard RICS 'home moving' surveys. The reason you received details of surveyors in Kingston-upon-Thames instead of Hexham is because you entered a property address in Hampton, with a TW12 postcode, and not a Hexham address. You may wish to try again using the most appropriate option from the 'Survey Types' menu, and the correct postcode. We can't guarantee you'll find someone to handle your requirement, but it should be a better starting point than a few hundred miles away...

“This is wonderful! Finding a surveyor was as easy as ABC. 3 companies came up on my first search all with very interesting prices. I finally hired one of them - Viking Surveyor and their service was exceptionally good. Though I am still waiting to receive my report which they advised ussually arrives via email within 5 working days. I am very happy as this site makes hiring hazzle free. Thank you for existing!”

“It was easy to use and a few surveyors did contact me....I was mostly interested in using a local business and a surveyour from Poole phoned. But he said he would send me an amended quote by email but hasn't done so as yet....so I haven't actually booked anyone.”

“Nicola called me on the morning to apologise she was running late. When she arrived she was very professional and spent about 30 mins surveying the property. The report was received within the time line quoted. Very pleased with the service provided.”

“Didn't use any of the surveyors put forward b6 this site, but it was very usefull as a price comparison of local surveyors. The variance on price for the same level of survey between surveyors is quite staggering. Shop around if you want value.”
