“The list was comprehensive with a selection of well qualified surveyors. We required a fairly quick turnround and most could accomodate that. We selected Beeching Property Associates based on the initial response from Alex Beeching. Very helpful advice was given prior to the survey and all our queries answered and requirements accomodated. An initial assessment was advised the day after the survey and the full report follows in less than 5 days. We whole heartedly recommend Alex Beeching.”

“I contacted four building surveyors using your website. Two did not respond. One said that they could not carry out the plans that I wanted. One quoted a very high price. I eventually contacted a company on the internet whose quote was reasonable and carried out the project in 5 working days.”

“Did the obvious thing to find a RICS Chartered Surveyor using the RICS website, was expecting to receive upto 6 suggestions (as indicated on the website) and received 1. This was for the Lincoln area. Doing my own research, found several other RICS Chartered Surveyors in the Lincoln area. RICS website is a waste of time for this.”

“Very easy to use and we immediately received a selection of quotes from local firms. Of the four we received one of the surveyors made contact by phone and this was the one we chose. The others sent us standard replies and then kept pestering us to respond but never made personal contact.”
