“Your web site was fine and easy to use. Decided not to use one of the companies that quoted on the website due to their unavailability for the dates requested. Another company did not reply to my enquiry,. The third compantydid get back but by then I had found an independent surveyor to do the work”

“Identified 3 options in the area I was looking at, all RICS recognised. Portal confirmed contact details and cost estimates for different types of survey. I sent an enquiry to all 3 companies, 2 of which never responded (despite me following up with phone calls). 3rd and selected company very efficient and survey arranged.”

“I was really impressed how quick and easy it was to find a local RICS surveyor. Our Homebuyers Report was completed within a week of using this service. “Hello, The website was quite helpful in offering a number of local surveyors. However, given the current situation, we chose not to take our enquiries any further as we didn't want to pay for a property survey and later find that we were maybe not able to complete our move.”
