“Very efficient and friendly service, bridging loan completed in under 3 weeks . App was easy to use to track progress and upload documents . Martin arranged the loan the same day as speaking with him, then I had Chelsea for support to completion, who was exceptional at answering any questions I had and facilitating the process.
