“I needed to raise some money for building works. The team not only found me a mortgage with super low cancellation fees, they also managed to include free surveys and legals. I cannot believe in this day and age, someone can arrange and complete a mortgage process for a fee of only £495 and not a single penny more! The team were brilliant, always kept me up to date and completed the whole process in 6 weeks. Would recommend without hesitation.”

“I’m so glad I built up the courage and contacted loan.co.uk. We had built up a bit of debt that became unmanageable and really needed a loan to pay it all off. Robert who I initially spoke with was friendly, non judgmental and found us a great second charge mortgage that would make our monthly payments so much more affordable. We were then looked after by Lauren who again was friendly and helpful and kept us up to date with all communications and the loan was paid out swiftly and without complication. I can’t thank you enough! We are starting this year in such a better financial situation. Many thanks”

“From start to finish, throughout this whole process, my wife and I have always felt assured that the rep’s from loan.co.uk were looking after us. From when we began with Katrina, to our funds manager Kari and additionally, the insurance (mortgage life) with Lilley, it was a stress-free experience. Everything was clearly explained (in English,ie, no language barriers) and they all remained contactable. They even sorted out a ‘personality’ issue, we had with our solicitor advisor.
