“Needed a quick mortgage with a super short term connected to it. We first spoke to Jamie who selected the right product for us, once sorted we were passed onto Eleanor. She was very informative and kept us in the loop even though the legal term provided by the mortgage company were very slow. Would recommend and use again if required. Thanks”

Absolutely too quality service from start to finish From the initial enquiry with Ami, who found us a great rate for our small mortgage to our case handler Steven Leffler we couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. “Ryan helped us to obtain a mortgage above a retail premises (a bit trickier to obtain than normal mortgages) so quickly. When our mortgage offer expired due to unforeseen circumstances, he was very quick to act and got us another offer sent out without any issues or extra charges. Eleanor was our go-to throughout and she also worked efficiently and checked in with us regularly. We would have really struggled to get our mortgage accepted without the help of Loan. The reason for the 4/5 star rating is that we were hounded with calls regarding home insurance at the start of the process - several calls several times a day felt excessive.”

“5 star service from start to finish. Carl on the initial call explained everything in detail, understanding what we were trying to achieve and why. I have to give a massive thanks to Marcia who has been incredible. Keeping us up to date every step of the way, clear communication on what was required enabling us to get documents over quickly for the lender. So grateful for everyone’s hard work, this will make such a difference to our lives, it feels like a heavy burden has been lifted. Massive thanks”
