“Fantastic help throughout the process from both Marcia Dixon and Sophie Dixon. Clear process explained, emails responded to very quickly, always available to answer any immediate queries by phone too. From start of the process to the funds being released a gold star service. Highly recommended and would give more than a five star rating if I could.”

“I first had contact with Luke who when first talking to him, put me at ease and carefully went through everything with me to ensure i fully understood the process etc. Je really was very helpful and always at the end of the phone if i wasnt sure abt anything. I was then passed over to Eleanor once the offer was through and she too went through everything with me , step.by step so i could fully understand. My emails were always answered . My experience with this company really has been a lovely experience. (Not always with the conyeancers) i would definately use them again for future purchases. Thanks again to you both. X”

“So this review is specific regarding support with life insurance policy offered as part of a secured loan application. Will review loan separately once completed. I was supported by Sam who was very efficient and friendly. Took the time to understand my needs and then found the best offers for my circumstances. Sam was very helpful, did not put any pressure, and found products that are tailored to my needs. He was also flexible and worked around my schedule and still managed to sort everything within a couple of days. It is a pleasure dealing with Sam and so far so good with my experience with loan.co.uk.”
