“Can’t fault the service provided by Claire S. Was kept informed throughout the process, and was provided with all the information needed to make informed decisions about the product. I felt able to ask questions, and these were responded to quickly. Would recommend to others.”

“I'm very impressed with the service from start to finish, everyone I spoke to was knowledgable & helpful. We were advised on the most appropriate loan for our circumstances & the whole process took less than 2 weeks & was very stress free. I would have no hessitation in recommending, or using them again..”

“Loan applications are very stressful and the process was made so much easier by loan.co.uk. They are very good at keeping in touch and guiding you through the whole process. My loan was a tricky one, but it helped talking through my options with the advisors. Georgie was very positive and proactive in assisting me to purchase my flat. She went above and beyond her role as my allocated Finance Manager to ensure that the property completion and communications continued. I highly recommend this brokerage company to help if you are seeking a loan. I promise I am just a happy customer! :-)”

“Had initial discussions on a remortgage with Mike which seemed positive. However following submission of the application things really slowed down. No updates on how things were progressing. Got a call to sell me life insurance etc. Chased application after 4 weeks of no updates to be told Barclays were not coming back to them with any updates and now what was originally discussed was not achievable. Offered an alternative which was totally unsuitable. Not the best experience. Since this experience I had a call from Chris Steele who wanted the opportunity to put things right. I was assigned a new broker called Luke who I think I’ve had one maybe two conversations with. Mortgage offer came through but had to be resent as Loan.co.uk had added charges for the work they had done even though this had been agreed by Chris it would not be payable. I seldom get updates but when I do it’s usually from a different person. Remortgage saga roles on over a month in legal and things are still very vague as to why we’re not nearing completion with Loan.co.uk blaming the solicitors and not able to give me details to discuss direct with the lender. Requested another conversation with Chris Steele but this was refused. Guess he wasn’t that interested in putting things right……”

“From start to finish Jemma & Joanne were amazing, very fast at responding and keeping me up to date with the process, helping me to feel at ease and not as stressed. completed only last week and i feel the relief already. i will be back in touch when it comes to the renewal of my mortgage. these ladies are a real credit to the company.”
