“Really excellent service. Everyone that we dealt with was patient and helpful, and queries were responded to very quickly. Thank you to James for providing so many different quotes for us. Thank you also to Alanah and Lauren who processed all of our documents and answered our questions so promptly. This was a huge decision for us and felt quite scary, but the team helped us to feel reassured.”

“Awful - took 2x mortgage product payments and they simply do not care afterwards to rectify the double payment issue. Need to constantly chase it up until it was resolved.”

“My loan situation turned out to be far more complex than expected, but thanks to the determination and persistence of the team—especially Ben S.—we managed to get it over the line. It did take some time, but in the end, I secured the loan I needed to finish our build , a granny annex for my mother-in-law. Ben went above and beyond throughout the process, and I’m incredibly grateful for his help. I also want to give a big shout-out to Emma H, who truly pushed the boat out and showed real dedication.
