“We wanted to remortgage and didn’t have the best credit history, Steven was so helpful and found us a company that would take us and we were also able to take extra and do some work on the house. Steven was amazing throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend them.”

I dealt with Emma and the wider team, who were professional, responsive, and worked diligently on my behalf throughout the entire process. Communication was clear at every stage, and I felt supported rather than pressured. “Excellent service in finding the right product for me and dealing with the lender on my behalf. Very proactive in keeping on track and moving things forward. There is a fee which you are made aware of at the outset. But having the stress and hassle taken out of arranging the finance is well worth it. Would recommend.”

They were : * Totally supportive and professional * Kind * Patient * Understanding * Tenacious, creative and solution focussed, helping to co-ordinate everyone involved * Was a reassuring virtual hand-holder throughout the process keeping me informed every step of the way, never need to wait for a response nor chase. I could not have fulfilled my dream of owning a house in France without Nadine who, despite a chronically short timeframe, managed to come through with the funds in time for my deadline. “This is my review of the Company Loan.co.uk to express my great appreciation and the gratitude for thier exceptional professionalism and Customer Service. They were able to help us with the remortgage of our house, where numerous other companies just failed, charging a very reasonable and well earned commission. From the very beginning and until the Completion Day, our Mortgages Advisor Kari was helping and guiding us, making the complex and often stressful business of Remortgage, as easy as possible. “I would highly recommend this company they made the whole process of remortgaging as smooth as it possibly could be. I can’t thank Claire enough for the support she gave us and the constant updates. It was easy to get a hold of Claire and when she wasn’t available we would receive a call back shortly afterwards answering all the questions and queries we had, as this was a process we were not familiar with. I’m very grateful for how quickly the process was completed considering it was the lead up to Christmas. Thankyou very much”

From the very first contact with James, the process was explained clearly and professionally, which put me at ease straight away. Lauren deserves special mention for her support throughout. She was knowledgeable, approachable, and kept me updated at every stage, always happy to answer questions and chase things when needed. Although the process took slightly longer than expected due to the complexity of my case, this was communicated well and handled professionally. I never felt left in the dark and the team remained helpful and responsive throughout.
