“I can highly recommend Loan.co.uk. Their app is excellent, as are their customer service people. At every step of a reasonably complicated process they explained everything perfectly, and checked and double checked that I understood exactly what I had to do. Their customer service certainly deserves the full 5 stars; as a simple example, if I missed a phone call the follow up was to ask when would be convenient to me to call back and I really felt that the customer service team went out of their way to make the whole experience easy for me. As a result, I have received my 2nd mortgage funds only 4 working days after initiating contact with loan.co.uk, which is remarkable.”

“I am very happy with loan.co.uk services. First of all, they are extremely fast at processing all paperwork and work well in teams, which was very helpful with clear explanations and timelines. My case was handled correctly, without any issues, and in a timely manner. They responded to my enquiries promptly. “Really friendly , genuine and professional , everyone we dealt with was the same , we were kept up to date all the way and they were really pleased when we were accepted, it made a usually nerve racking experience much easier, so thank you to the team especially Ryan & Christine and everyone else involved. “Our first time experience with a bridging facility, the process was originated by Martin who was diligent and professional. we had an offer within 24hrs. Our case Manager Nadine looked after us from offer to completion. The process was seamless throughout each stage of the review. The communication was equally impressive with calls and emails outlining each stage and what to expect.”

“We recently worked with Loans.co.uk to secure two mortgages , quite a lot to manage at once but we couldn’t be happier with the support we received from their team. Claire deserves special mention for her patience, her listening ear, and her ability to truly understand our needs, even when faced with challenging and complex issues. She’s the best among the team and incredibly organised. Jamie impressed us with his confidence in his advice, helping us remortgage smoothly and conveniently without the need for a surveyor visit. Christine kept communication clear and consistent, always respecting our preference to be contacted via email. Lastly, Suzannah did her best to speed up the mortgage approval process. Overall, we can highly recommend Loans.co.uk. While their fees can be slightly higher than some other brokers (depending on the type of loan), it’s well worth it for the exceptional service and their ability to find the best possible mortgage offers on the market with a very high approval rate.”

“Marcia is amazing. This is the first time I applied for a secure loan, and she held my hand throughout the whole process. She always responded, even when I was being impatient and overwhelmed. She was great and sorted it all out for me. Initially, I spoke with Aaron, who is equally professional and excellent as Marcia. He went through it all with me over the phone and was very quick to get back to me.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would !! From the initial enquiry through google, I got a phone call the very next day. Ryan got me an offer with in principle within 24 hours with NatWest, he was super quick and super friendly & thanks for getting the ball rolling. The lovely christine then took over the case & within 2 weeks I had my offer of a remortgage. I’m self employed & was looking to take out equity on my home for a small home extension. Christine was amazing and I cannot thank her enough. Ryan and Christine are an absolute credit to your business, they deserve a pay rise!! Robert then came in & took me through the steps of income protection and life insurance he saved me £ on the life insurance and got me income protection which I have never had before so again thanks so much Robert you have a patient of a saint, you to deserve a pay rise!! Honestly I cannot sing the praises of this company anymore that’s me set for another 5 year, well done !!”
