“My husband and I had decided to relocate to be closer to our son down South and had been looking for a property that ticked all our boxes. After years of searching the listings on Rightmove we finally found “the one” which happened to have been put up for auction. We hadn’t yet sold our current property where we have lived for the last forty-two years so we made enquiries with Loan.co.uk regarding a bridging loan.
