“I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from Loan.co.uk. The team were consistently professional, reliable and incredibly responsive throughout what was a complex and time-sensitive transaction. A special mention must go to Chelsea and Sammy, who were outstanding. Their speed, clarity and calm handling of issues as they arose made a huge difference, and they genuinely went above and beyond to keep everything moving. I would also strongly recommend the joint solicitor approach — Melanie from lightfoots legal team was equally outstanding, highly thorough, proactive and excellent to work with, which made coordination between lender and legal teams far smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Loan.co.uk and lightfoots & would absolutely use them again.”

“I needed to consolidate some debts and quickly. I found this company by accident. I can not recommend them highly enough. My initial contact was Lee, who was very helpful, I was then handed over to Lucy W. She was amazing, very friendly and helped every step of the way. This company has saved me at least £450 per month and a answer to my problems. Thank you to all who helped along the way! This is life changing for me and my family.”

“I can’t speak highly enough of Chelsea Hobbs and the team. From start to finish, the communication was clear, proactive, and incredibly responsive, which made what could have been a stressful bridging process feel well managed and under control. Chelsea in particular went above and beyond, chasing where needed, keeping all parties aligned, and making sure things kept moving right through to completion. Her attention to detail and willingness to push when it mattered made a real difference to the outcome. A very professional, helpful, and dependable team. “I needed to raise some money for building works. The team not only found me a mortgage with super low cancellation fees, they also managed to include free surveys and legals. I cannot believe in this day and age, someone can arrange and complete a mortgage process for a fee of only £495 and not a single penny more! The team were brilliant, always kept me up to date and completed the whole process in 6 weeks. Would recommend without hesitation.”

“I’m so glad I built up the courage and contacted loan.co.uk. We had built up a bit of debt that became unmanageable and really needed a loan to pay it all off. Robert who I initially spoke with was friendly, non judgmental and found us a great second charge mortgage that would make our monthly payments so much more affordable. We were then looked after by Lauren who again was friendly and helpful and kept us up to date with all communications and the loan was paid out swiftly and without complication.
