“Having tried a direct approach to lenders for a re-mortgage the lack of progress, commitment and communication suggested I needed to try a different way. While a little sceptical about passing things over to a broker, we were quickly given confidence about the process, options an support Loan.co.uk provide. Once we committed Kari Horn was appointed as our case advisor. Kari is customer centric, very responsive in communication and guidance. Within 5 weeks of our engagement with Loan.co.uk we completed. This is not a free service, but appears to be subsidised by the identified lender. I think the fee we paid, and that from the lender, is complete value for money; given our initial experiences.”

“We can't tell you how stressful our journey was!! We needed to get this deal done asap as we had a bridging loan which was quite a few number of months over the original deadline. We were nearing the possibility of repossession. But then along came Loan.co.uk and our amazing case worker Christine O'Regan who battled and pressured the solicitors to get this deal over the line asap. She kept us informed of every single step and every time she emailed the solicitors, she also emailed us with an update!! Absolutely amazing and I can't thank her enough for taking away all the stress that we have been under over the past 18 months. Thank you. Moral of our story, don't ever get a bridging loan!!!”
