“The process was smooth and stress free and Ryan and Elenor were fantastic. Ryan worked hard and with little time when the government sprung the end of the right to buy on us! We had nothing prepared and no experience with mortgages, and he listened and explained everything we needed to know. Once the mortgage was approved Elenor took over, the communication and prompt responses left us at ease, there wasn’t anything too much trouble. We will definitely be back when it’s time to move! Thanks guys.”

“We needed a mortgage sorted quickly due to our house sale moving quickly. Gareth Hutchings was nothing short of fantastic throughout and turned around our information ridiculously quickly to help us secure a mortgage. Following this he kept us updated throughout a stressful period and was always on hand to help if we needed something. Honestly.. give this chap a pay rise - he’s brilliant. We also spoke with Eleanor Strang throughout this process and like Gareth was brilliant. As nervous house buyers we did have moments of random questions but these were always dealt with professionally and calmly.”
