“I had a really positive experience with Tim Reeves. He was friendly, helpful and really easy to talk to from start to finish. He took the time to go through everything clearly, found me a better deal and made the whole process feel straightforward and completely stress-free. He even managed to make sorting out insurance an enjoyable distraction from the housework! It genuinely felt like he wanted to help rather than just sell me a policy. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A massive thank you to Loan.co.uk, especially Max and Eleanor Strang. I was very worried about getting a mortgage because I had previous missed payments. After waiting 11 weeks with another lender without any progress, I contacted Loan.co.uk. Max, my mortgage advisor, and Eleanor were absolutely brilliant. They understood my situation, worked hard to find a solution, and made everything happen so quickly. I applied on 28th August and received my mortgage offer on 16th September. I honestly couldn't believe how quickly they got everything sorted. Thank you so much, Max and Eleanor. You both did an amazing job, and I really appreciate all your help. “I was lucky enough to have Georgie handling my case. To cut a long story short she managed to get my bridging loan within 2 weeks to save a corresponding purchase from falling through. I was unable to get a loan from any other lender due to living in a high rise but from her 1st attempt Georgie managed to get this approved for me. I definitely recommend loan.co.uk and if you have any employee of the month awards it should go to her.”

“The initial loan request was dealt with quickly and throughly. We were asked for quite a lot of supporting information which sometimes was a little difficult to supply as we are not too tech savvy. We were kept informed of all stages which is reassuring and Loan & co ensured that we received the loan amount we needed. Their advice was invaluable, without having Stacey and Fay to guide us, we would not have been able to complete the arrangement successfully.”
