“Found a lender who suited me well and kept me informed of progress regularly. All quite smooth and stress-free. The only negative point was the email system where you don;'t know who will read and reply as they use a common address.”

“A long protracted lengthy application due to technicality within lender's criteria, but Loan.co.uk not at fault. The brokers Alice ,Gareth and Abigail provided reassurance and guidance throughout the process. I would only say minor irritationn was timely communication on a few occasions. Apart from that all good and staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Pleasant to converse with over the phone.”

“Ryan helped us to obtain a mortgage above a retail premises (a bit trickier to obtain than normal mortgages) so quickly. When our mortgage offer expired due to unforeseen circumstances, he was very quick to act and got us another offer sent out without any issues or extra charges. Eleanor was our go-to throughout and she also worked efficiently and checked in with us regularly. We would have really struggled to get our mortgage accepted without the help of Loan. The reason for the 4/5 star rating is that we were hounded with calls regarding home insurance at the start of the process - several calls several times a day felt excessive.”
