“Found a lender who suited me well and kept me informed of progress regularly. All quite smooth and stress-free. The only negative point was the email system where you don;'t know who will read and reply as they use a common address.”

“A long protracted lengthy application due to technicality within lender's criteria, but Loan.co.uk not at fault. The brokers Alice ,Gareth and Abigail provided reassurance and guidance throughout the process. I would only say minor irritationn was timely communication on a few occasions. Apart from that all good and staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Pleasant to converse with over the phone.”
