After sharing my details and arranging a call I got three text and email reminders and then nobody called. I'm very disappointed.

Unfortunately, one of our advisers was delayed in giving you a call. This is not our usual standard of service, we will do better. I was dealing with a lady who was amazing, so on the ball and acted on my emails asap. She unfortunately left and my account was passed on to someone else (Danielle) who was horrendous, so slow and customer service was shocking. Would avoid at all costs now!

What time wasters! Waited 3 months for a remortgage to be told no communication was poor I had to chase up all the time to be told we need this we need that stuff that I had already provided they are just total time wasters feel very let down when another company could of sorted this out for me avoid at all costs they seems helpful at the start but couldn’t be more wrong

Occasionally we have to wait on lender or 3rd party responses before we can provide further updates, which can cause delays to an application or update. We work hard with our lender partners to find the best loans, although sometimes after trying hard to find a suitable lender, the decision to lend is unfortunately a no. I agree with the previous review in respect of Lauren Bermingham, but hers is a facilitating administrative role. The model is actually to hook you in via grand assertions about being whole-of-the-market brokers, but our experience suggests otherwise. It is pot luck who deals with you but if your case is anything other than vanilla, be prepared for big talk at the beginning followed by a long documentation gathering exercise (handed down to juniors) followed by a knock back and resulting in lots of soft searches against your credit profile! Oh and they will never give you their direct e-mail or direct phone number because, apparently, they can tell who you are from the client reference! Finally, they are too jumped up and arrogant to put their hands up and admit they have zero rapport with the lenders and are just winging it on the off-chance that they can make a commission. No regard for clients or long-term relationship management. No time to even keep you updated. You have to chase them. I recommend you avoid. Do look up a fab guy called Tom Collier, currently with Emil Thomas whose outlook is to get you where you want to be, whether residential or commercial finance.

Avoid this company at all costs. Give you a super quote to start with. String things out for months until you're desperate then last minute hike the APR. Parasites. Goto the lenders direct.

Absolutely terrible service, and communication is pretty much non-existent. I would send and 3 or 4 emails asking for updates before any were answered and you can ring 10 times to be told every time that the person you want speak to is on the phone with another customer and they will ring you back straight away, which they never do. My advice to anyone looking to use this company is don't

Shocking service! Constantly asking for more information and changing the parameters. Would not advise dealing with this company as the amount of stress caused is not worth it. I would of given zero stars if it was an option. Lee Brown is a joke, do not be fooled by his phone manner.

I was sold the dream of a lower payment loan based on current market value of my house, but when the application was processed despite the housing market going up they came In with a lower value for my house and the monthly payments went up. I think this is a ploy to get more money out of us and to put the APR up. Terrible service..

If I could give no stars, it would be a no star service. They take a very long time with communication, do not update the client about the application process, do not explain the whole process, continuously reassuring you that you are in your 'final stages' of the application then asking for more and more documents or emailing 'I am sending documents as we speak' when I asked if everything is fine with the application process (with all documentation provided a good few days prior). They charge a huge fee but don't do much work, if they fill in an application form, it comes with mistakes. I finally decided to withdraw my application with them after 5 weeks of wasted time and went straight to my mortgage provider. Useless service and I would never recommended them to anybody.

Was being ok until they found out was bit complicated never got back to me after numerous phone call and emails. They make out there to help but really it’s about commission and just disregard you as a client if it’s too much effort for them always say they going to call tiki back but never do would strongly not recommend.

I feel very disappointed at how this company wasted 2 weeks of my life. I dealt with Lisa Blake. Yes she seemed helpful and told me on 2 occasions that she could help with our situation and proceed with a secured loan. However after dragging it out I was told my husband was self employed and we could not proceed with the only lender she had available, although my husband is not classified as self employed, he is a director of a company and salaried every month with payslips to prove this but she insisted he was self employed. Here we are 8 weeks later and we have just successfully completed our secured loan with a much more superior broker who took the time to deal with our more complex situation of what we were trying to do and save a large sum of money each month. So if your situation is a little difficult and not just straight forward this company will tell you no as they just don’t want to be bothered. Lisa told us she looked at every option possible but obviously not....beware of all the good reviews not every one has a good experience with these guys.

Would not recommend. I needed some advice regarding bank statements and if more up to date wage slips than what I already sent were required. I emailed several times the advisor Natalie stopped replying to me.

Misleading. We were told many times the outcome was positive and the loan had been approved. This was wrong. We asked several times if this was 100% as had to instruct solicitors and consultants. This was confirmed and all that was left to do to complete our loan was legals and formalities which were not a Problem. It took a week from this point before we were asked questions about property etc and were let down via email on the day we were due to exchange contracts. This was devastating and were left several thousand out of pocket.
