“We recently took out a second charge consolidation loan through loan.co.uk, and the process was very quick and straightforward thanks to the hard work of Kurt and Emma. They were incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. Everything was explained and broken down in a way we could fully understand , no jargon, just clear and simple facts. They were always on hand to answer any questions we had, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I would definitely 100% recommend loan.co.uk. The advisors are extremely helpful and make what can feel like a stressful process simple and easy.”

“I have just received a vital bridging loan via Loan.co.uk, enabling me to buy a very desirable retirement flat whilst my current property is still on the market. I was delighted by my choice of this well-respected company. Their service was truly efficient and prompt, and they dealt effortlessly with two main changes I had to make after the process had started. In particular, I would like to warmly commend Chelsea Hobbs, who led on my application. She took great pains to explain things to me at every stage, reminding me carefully of what input was required of me (with the odd kind nudge if I was behind!). She maintained an excellent and close liaison with the solicitors and lender, and guided me forward at best speed to a successful conclusion. She is bright, courteous, and has a great sense of humour too! In short, she could not have been more helpful. I am also grateful to her colleague Heather, with whom I dealt on some occasions. “Outstanding service from Claire at loan.co.uk I had an excellent experience with loan.co.uk, especially working with Claire, who handled my remortgage and purchase. My situation was time-sensitive and not entirely straightforward, but Claire was calm, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout. She kept me informed at every stage, explained lender requirements clearly, and worked efficiently to make sure everything stayed on track despite tight deadlines. What stood out most was the level of care and attention — I never felt rushed or left chasing for updates. “They helped me get a remortgage I was informed of everything from start to finish and they were extremely helpful with everything couldn’t be happier with the service I got it took a little bit longer then it should have but that as because they were waiting for paperwork off me that took a bit for me to get so was not there fault but overall an excellent company and would recommend to everyone”
