“Fantastic customer care. Can always get a human at the end of the phone, usually Chris who has been super helpful. Have a very small room so was concerned the bunk beds with trundle wouldn't fit but he assured me it would after many chats and said if it didn't he would refund no problem. . Delivery was super quick and they arranged someone to assemble the next working day. I love the bunk beds they feel sturdy and the mattresses look great. Have yet to use it but am very happy so far! K”

“We ordered a kids midsleeper bed. It arrived quickly and was delivered by the team, right to my daughters bedroom. Sadly, when we put it together we discovered the wrong ladder stays had be packaged. I contacted Little Folks and they couriered out the correct parts, which we had the next day. Great service. Good bed.”

“This is by far the easiest experience I have ever had ordering furniture. I ordered the high sleeper with futon chair, desk and desk chair, and fully expected to wait months for such a niche product at a time when lots of deliveries were subject to delays, but our bed was delivered a few days later and assembled within a few days after delivery. Little Folks customer service was very helpful at every step, via email and over the phone. We're also really happy with the bed itself.”

“Outstanding, gorgeous furniture - the bunk bed/double is a massive hit with our 7yr old in time for the summer hols and all the sleepovers! Assembly service equally outstanding and well worth the extra expense. Thank you.”

“Good bunk bed product, good mattress - bit punchy and don’t think it looks as expensive as it costs but would definitely recommend - you know what you’re paying when you buy them. Oh it did take us quite a few hours to put these together too. We bought bunks, 2xMattress and rollout for storage which is good.”

“The quality of the bunk beds with trundle is excellent. In addition, the parts arrived packaged in such a way that no damage could possibly occur to any part. The children love them and will be able to use them for years as the bunks break down into single beds. I am a very satisfied customer!”

“We ordered some Stompa bunk beds and sent them back because the quality was so poor. The new ones we purchased from Little Folks Furniture were so much better quality. They were sturdy, well painted and had a real quality feel to them. The service was also excellent.”

“What can I say!? Only that I can't thank the team enough for their amazing contact at a stressful time (moving before Christmas). They were hugely supportive and helpful- and did exactly what they said they would do. Not only were we treated as though our custom was really appreciated, the product was fantastic quality- and my tall teenage daughter couldn't be more happy in her new tranquil space.
