“We purchased a Little Folks Classic Bunk Bed, mattresses and trundle (using for storage rather than an additional bed) a month ago - having found them online and having been impressed with the customer reviews. Have to say we’ve been absolutely delighted. The product itself is of amazing quality - we are currently using as 2 single beds (as our grandchildren are too young for a bunk) but will convert when they are) - and the beds are substantial enough for adult use. The online photos don’t do them justice - they are so much better than any other self assembly furniture I’ve put together and when made the quality is evidenced by the weight of the beds. Our grandkids love them and they feel like they will last well beyond the point they will outgrow them. The finish is superb and value for money is exceptional. We went for the pocket spring mattresses - these seemed a little expensive but again the quality is superb. We had to call a couple of times with queries - again the customer service representatives are exceptional - so helpful and so refreshing in this day and age. Cannot praise this company enough - 100% recommend. Anything that could be improved ? - pre drilled pilot holes in the mattress slats would be helpful (I drilled myself as the wood is of such good quality that you can’t simply screw into it - not at all hard to do but you do need to have and be able to use a drill). Other than that simply perfect!”

“Really well made bunk bed. Easy to put together. Good instructions. We asked what the RAL number of the paint was as we had chipped the steps. We were kindly sent a little pot of paint . Would highly recommend.”

“Great customer service from first enquiry to order, Product is of a superior finish and quality to anything else we had looked at in the marketplace. We are very happy we went with Little Folks and as the old saying says you pay for what you get! The construction and materials used are what separates this product from its competitors. We have twin boys and needed a product that would with stand their excitement!”
